Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes, tools, and methodologies to streamline and accelerate the software development life cycle.
  • Champion DevOps practices and principles to enhance collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for efficient and automated software deployment.
  • Utilize Infrastructure as Code principles to automate and manage cloud infrastructure.
  • Implement automation scripts and tools to enhance the efficiency of deployment, maintenance, and updates.
  • Collaborate with development, operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices.
  • Establish monitoring processes and tools to track system performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize cloud resources.
  • Incorporate security practices into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring secure and compliant software development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • US Citizen with the ability to pass a background check
  • More than five (5) years of hands-on experience in cloud architecture and computing.
  • In-depth understanding of DevOps practices, principles, and methodologies.
  • CI/CD Implementation: Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools.
  • Proficient in scripting and automation tools to improve deployment, maintenance, and update processes.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in establishing monitoring processes and tools to optimize cloud resource usage.
  • Knowledge of incorporating security practices into the DevOps pipeline to ensure secure software development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
