Position:Mitigation Production Technician II - Lead Tech

What Youll Be Doing:


  • Document Everything: From work authorizations to moisture maps, youll ensure all necessary paperwork is in order.
  • Control the Scene: Install containment and safety mechanisms, and establish drying protocols with top-notch equipment.
  • Lead by Example: Supervise and mentor Mitigation Tech I staff and temporary labor, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  • Customer Champion: Deliver excellent customer service, collect deductibles, and secure positive client reviews.
  • Emergency Response: Be ready to jump into action with emergency cleaning, sanitizing services, and controlled demolition when needed.

What Were Looking For:


  • Experience: Minimum of two years in the insurance restoration industry.
  • Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, and Mold restoration are preferred.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 15 pounds and working in various environments.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with 3D imaging equipment and standard office software.
