Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Buoy CDA is looking for 2 leaders who can keep their cool and composure in a high volume patio service restaurant. The Buoy has many great things to provide to both customers and employees, service is the most vital part of it all coming to work with a great attitude and effort towards the day will be needed as you are surrounded by customers that love The Buoy, the park, and the lake The environment and atmosphere is unbeatable, that means our service has to be better than the view The Buoy provides high volumes with a fun approach to patio/counter service, being able to deal with many tasks at once is needed, training and relying on a team of 3-4 servers will be needed as morale keeps service up
Job requirements are as follows:
  • Great attitude for busy days and lots of customers
  • Team orientated spirit, with an eagerness to give the best customer service
  • Knowledge and ability to upsell food and drink at a table or at the counter
  • 5 day commitment to fun in the sun and slinging slushies
  • Willingness to listen and help others
  • Ability to observe and fix problems before they occur
Hours and positions available for AM and PM shifts, Tuesday through Saturday AM shifts starting 8AM-3pm and PM shifts going 3PM-10PMStarting pay can range, DoE, from $7.27-$18 hourly guarantee. Shared tip pool, with a Manager bonus for completion of season from beginning to end
Anyone interested in taking on some new responsibilities and having a busy summer at The Buoy apply NOW, opening date is April 1st, with some training and set up hours available last week of March
