Alpha Senior Concepts, Suamico location, is accepting applications for CAREGIVER

Full Time and Part Time positions available. 12-hour shifts

Caregiver qualifications include:

  • Record of good attendance
  • CBRF Certifications a Plus
  • CNA Training a Plus
  • Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus

Caregivers are responsible to:

  • Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
  • Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
  • Demonstrate empathy and develop a caring rapport with residents
  • Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
  • Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
  • Communicate change of condition to supervisor in a timely manner
  • Build positive relationships with co-workers
  • Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
  • Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
  • Other duties as assigned
