We are seeking a skilled CNC HAAS Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, programming, and operating CNC HAAS machines.


Responsibilities:


  • Set up CNC HAAS machines according to job specifications and blueprints.
  • Program CNC HAAS machines to produce parts accurately and efficiently.
  • Operate CNC HAAS machines to execute machining operations.
  • Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and productivity.
  • Perform regular maintenance on CNC HAAS machines to keep them in optimal condition.
  • Troubleshoot issues with CNC HAAS machines and make necessary adjustments.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in manufacturing.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a CNC HAAS Operator.
  • Proficiency in setting up, programming, and operating CNC HAAS machines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read blueprints and job specifications.
  • Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Working Hours: 7:00AM - 3:30PM
