In this role, you will work closely with our medical team to implement and monitor individualized care plans for each patient. You will assist with activities such as feeding, bathing, grooming, and mobility exercises. Additionally, you will provide emotional support and companionship to patients, helping to alleviate any feelings of loneliness or anxiety they may experience during their stay.


Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including eating, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitor and record vital signs, such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
  • Administer medication and ensure patients adhere to prescribed treatment plans.
  • Respond to patient's calls and requests promptly, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Maintain a clean and organized patient environment, including changing bed linens and sanitizing equipment.
  • Participate in patient care conferences to discuss treatment plans and progress.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to provide emotional support and companionship to patients.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role preferred.
  • CPR and first aid certification.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations.
