Affiliate Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit new online affiliate traffic partners as well as offline lead providers through various approaches including social networks, marketplace sites, attendance at tradeshows, events, and general online research.
- Negotiate and manage contracts and commission structures for affiliates.
- Maintain direct ongoing communication with affiliates in a consistent manner
- Reengage inactive affiliates and deepen relationship with existing affiliates
- Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend ways to increase both affiliate and site /program performance
- Proactively monitor traffic sources to determine which affiliates should be prioritized
- Present management with reports for relevant program metrics such as number of affiliate partners recruited, conversion rates, number of conversions generated per affiliate, etc.
- Assist in conversion rate optimization efforts
- Maintain detailed activity logs in the company CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements
- Min 2 yrs. experience in affiliate marketing, credit repair or a very related field in a hunter role with Cost Per Action (CPA) purchasing experience
- Ability to identify new opportunities for partnerships from new verticals
- General affiliate marketing comprehension and strong verbal communication
- Strong business development, hunting and closing skills
- Knowledge of the credit repair and fintech space is a plus
- Deep familiarity with Social Media marketing
- Organized and efficient follow up skills
- Negotiation and campaign optimization skills
- Excellent online skills and experience with CRM and BI systems
- Performance-driven
- A Post Secondary Education is required
