We are seeking a highly motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. In this role, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

• Monitor and document progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, psychologists, and educators.

• Educate patients and their families about communication and swallowing disorders, treatment options, and strategies to improve communication.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and trends in the field.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

• Valid state license or certification.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with a variety of communication and swallowing disorders.

• Basic computer proficiency.
