As we continue to grow, we're looking for driven and passionate individuals to join our sales team. Spark has experience in large commercial projects with solar, and will be adding commercial to the scope of services soon as well.

Role Overview

We are seeking Roofing Sales Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record in sales. This role requires a self-motivated individual who is relentless in pursuing leads, independent in their work, competitive by nature, and committed to achieving results. The ideal candidate will take ownership of their life and schedule, demonstrating strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to meeting customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage potential customers through various sales channels, including door-to-door outreach, referrals, and leads generated by the company.

- Conduct thorough assessments of residential roofing needs and provide customers with accurate estimates and roofing solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or questions.

- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

- Stay informed about the latest industry trends, products, and services.

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the roofing, construction, or home improvement industry.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Self-driven and highly motivated with a competitive spirit. - Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
