  • Proficiency in leadership, negotiation, and critical thinking, with a track record of driving successful outcomes in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and sustain strategic partnerships, fostering collaborative engagements that drive collective success.
  • Experience in managing firmware suppliers and third-party development partners, ensuring seamless integration and delivery alignment.
  • Prior exposure to software development and testing within embedded applications, with proficiency in languages such as C, C++, MATLAB, or Python considered advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and adeptness in navigating the challenges inherent in hybrid agile/waterfall approaches.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:
  • Previous experience in the automotive domain, coupled with familiarity with Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) standards, would be advantageous.
