BECOMING ONE OF OUR BCBA - BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST

Our human services organization provides a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $95,000 and $10,000 in bonus opportunities. We also offer our hybrid BCBAs - Behavioral Therapists awesome benefits such as:

As a hybrid BCBA - Behavioral Therapist, every day presents you with a meaningful opportunity to change the lives of children with autism. Your morning begins by immersing yourself in client assessments and meticulously designing individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific requirements. Throughout the day, you act as our team's guiding influence, ensuring exceptional ABA therapy services and building strong connections with families. Your role involves analyzing behavioral data to offer insights for enhancing interventions and strategies, all while delivering valuable mentorship and supervision to ensure exceptional clinical outcomes. Each interaction you have is dedicated to enhancing lives and fostering progress, reflecting our steadfast dedication to excellence across all aspects of care.

This part-time or full-time BCBA position with our human services organization has the flexibility to work remotely and working in family homes providing support and supervision.

THE TYPE OF BCBA - BEHAVIORAL THERAPIST WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a hybrid BCBA that meets these requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
  • Ability to write complex behavior support plans
  • Strong communication skills, including intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
  • Ability to maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills
