ERP Developer

Job Description:

• Code, test, debug, and document complex programs, and enhance existing programs to ensure that data processing production systems continue to meet user needs.
• Work closely with end users in delivering high-quality application solutions that meet the business requirement
• Performing requirement gathering sessions to gather information from stakeholders.
• Converting Business requirements into Functional requirements.
• Write detailed technical design documents before building application solutions for the business requirements.
• Takes initiative to work with business user and technical team members on system requirement gathering, analysis, design, configuration, testing and implementation.
• Understands the capabilities of the Oracle ERP platform and knows how to configure it to meet the business needs.
• Ability to effectively analyze and resolve simple to moderate issues.
• Provides well-written and effective professional and technical documentation.
• Primary technical support interface for the ERP with the business areas for issues, upgrades, training and enhancements.
• Maintenance of adequate flows of information between all business areas and corporate stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in technology (Management Information Systems or Information Technology preferred)
• Should be Well versed with SQL/PLSQL.
• Should have basic knowledge in Oracle D2k forms, Reports, Toad.
• Should have good knowledge in Developing Procedures / packages / Triggers in Oracle DB 12c.
• Need good understanding on Oracle Reporting tools like Discoverer, BI Publisher
• Need good understanding on the Unix Development (Shell Script)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
