The Prep Cook will work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.


Responsibilities:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables, and measuring ingredients

- Assist in the preparation of meals by following recipes and instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef

- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation

- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the kitchen and storage areas

- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy work environment

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed
