Designated Jobs:

1. Handyman:
- Perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks for both residential and commercial properties.
- Carpentry, painting, drywall repair, and general handyman duties.
- Troubleshoot and fix minor plumbing and electrical issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment.

2. Electrician:
(Certified or Licensed)
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential and commercial properties.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and perform necessary repairs.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations for safety and quality.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide excellent customer service.

3.   Plumbing:
(Certified or Licensed)
-   Conduct plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial properties.
-   Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, and faulty fixtures.
-   Adhere to plumbing codes and regulations to ensure compliance and safety.
-   Provide cost estimates for plumbing projects and communicate effectively with clients.

4.   HVAC Technician:
(Certified or Licensed)
-   Install, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
-   Conduct routine maintenance to optimize HVAC system performance and efficiency.
-   Test and calibrate HVAC components to ensure proper functionality.
-   Respond to emergency HVAC service calls and address issues promptly.
-   Maintain accurate records of HVAC maintenance and repairs.

Job Description:
  • Perform electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs in commercial/residential building
  • Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
  • Complete general building cleaning and maintenance.
  • Install and replace floors, stairs, and piping as needed.
  • Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other parts of the building.
  • Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.
  • Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required.
  • MUST HAVE transportation and tools
  • Basic math skills
  • Good communication ability
  • Well-organized and apt in problem-solving
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a handyman
  • Experience with hardware tools and equipment

Requirements and Qualifications : 
  • High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
  • Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
  • Reliable transportation
  • Flexible schedule
  • Mechanical aptitude
Contractor or journeyman license is a plus
