Golden Touch ABA is seeking an ABA Therapist (RBT) to join our team. As an ABA Therapist, under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Behavior Therapist uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
  • Data collection, analysis and preparation for presentation
  • Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
  • Provide feedback to parents and guardians regarding daily activities of client.

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field a plus
  • Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral disorders is a plus
  • Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel to clients homes or other clinic locations, based on client caseload
