Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a Medication Aide or Medication Technician preferred
  • Previous experience in a memory care or assisted living setting preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow medication protocols accurately

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge in medication management and dementia care
  • Adhere to all state regulations and facility policies related to medication administration and resident care
