Horizon Retail Construction, an established national general contractor, is offering a MARKETING INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY at our Corporate Headquarters in Sturtevant, Wisconsin. Looking for a dynamic student to perform the following responsibilities:

• Assist in researching new clients, new business markets, and market segments
• Assist in maintaining and organizing marketing prospects database (Salesforce) and use of marketing analytics
• Identify national clients that have a need for the company's core competencies and services
• Identify market trends and opportunities within tenant improvement construction, national rollout, national remodel, capital expenditure programs, and national rebranding programs.
• Perform market research and monitor industry related information sources for business development.
• Work with sales team to identify trends and needs of current client and prospective clients by gaining knowledge of our service offerings, and the language of our company and business, in order to effectively identify and discuss opportunities which meet our core client criteria
• Support sales team in all aspects of corporate growth
• Assist in managing brand recognition strategies including website, social media, marketing materials, and community outreach

To qualify for the position of INTERN, we desire:

• Enrolled in a Marketing and /or Sales program
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Enthusiasm and professionalism
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A highly motivated self-starter
