Demanding, high production kitchen seeking Demi Pastry Cook/First Steps Chefs into the industry. Reports to the New Executive Chef and Sous Chef.
Under New Managment
- Seeking an assistant to help with Bakery Production. Must have a basic knowledge of pastry & baking processes.
- Basic knowledge of Cookie doughs, Brioche, Caramels, Fudge, Sourdough, and other artisan bread fabrication
- Professional Chef working environment, must have an innate sense of urgency, focus and cleanliness.
- Room to grow with the company, creative input and teamwork oriented
- Potential opportunities in the future to take on bigger and more serious projects
- great starting position for someone fresh out of culinary
- Experience in basic culinary skills is a plus
