Position Summary:
This position is responsible for the operation of large scale graphic printing and laser cutting machines in accordance with standardized work instructions. Identify and dispose of defects in accordance with defined quality checks.
Essential Job Functions (listing most important first):
• Operate manufacturing machinery including actions such as feeding materials for processing, adjusting settings, performing minor repairs, adjusting calibrating programs or systems on the machine, and pulling finished product form the line.
• Check and inspect operation results against predetermined tolerances.
• Promptly and accurately complete all required record keeping.
• Develops and recommends new methods to improve machine processes.
• Adjust machine functions according to fabric or material type and project needs.
• Strictly follow all safety guidelines to insure the safety of own self and other co-workers.
Required/Preferred Education and Experience:
• 4+ years of experience required in similar position.
