Job DescriptionJob DescriptionTemporary assignment for 4 ERP Trainers for Implementation and Training to Dynamics 365.

Scope
Trainer to collaborate with subject matter experts and area management to develop learning solutions for end users of ERP Systems. Trainer will develop, implement, and maintain training tools and materials (curricula, courses, documents, etc.) and facilitate training.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze existing procedures for D365 impacts in assigned process areas and determine training needs and solutions for end users.

    Work with Business Area Owners and SMEs to gather information as requested for inclusion in their training plan and content.

  • Ensure deliverables meet assigned deadlines and proactively communicate any roadblocks or potential delays.

  • Facilitate communication across departments; serve as a liaison between project participants and other team members, and partner with Technical Writers and Documentation Control staff and other departments to ensure timely completion of assigned outcomes.

  • Status Meetings and Reports:
 Qualifications - Successful candidates will meet these quals.
  • Must be an established trainer - stand up delivery.
  • Must have created training courses in any learning management system.
  • Must have solid manufacturing experience.
  • Must understand at a high level how ERPs (any ERP) are used in a manufacturing plant (purchasing, warehouse, accounting, etc.)
Nice to have.
  • Detailed ERP experience (any large ERP system)
  • GMP
  • Pharma Experience
