Job Overview:

The IT Manager reports directly to the Vice President of Technology. The IT Manager will manage our information technology infrastructure. This role will ensure our technology systems efficiently support internal operations and customer-facing services. The IT Manager must possess leadership qualities, strategic foresight, and a proven track record in IT management within fast-paced environments. This role is suited for a visionary IT leader eager to play a crucial role in a rapidly growing company, driving technological advancements that support our expanding operations and strategic ambitions.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic IT initiatives that support the company's expansive business objectives.
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure including networks, cloud services, and cybersecurity measures.
  • Administer critical IT security protocols and tools to safeguard company data and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Guide and mentor a dedicated team of IT professionals; fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
  • Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon contracts and service level agreements.
  • Control the IT budget, optimizing expenditures to maximize technology investments and operational efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technology trends and innovations, assessing their potential applications within our business framework.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, troubleshooting issues and resolving problems in a timely manner.
  • Maintain comprehensive disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the resilience of the company's IT systems and operation.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures, and generate regular reports on the performance and status of IT operations.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

· Extensive experience in IT management, preferably in a fast-growing company.

· Thorough knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity practices.

· Demonstrated ability to lead and manage IT projects from conception to successful implementation.

· Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor technical teams.

· Strong business acumen with the ability to align technical strategies with organizational goals and drive revenue growth.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

· A proven track record of improving IT systems and processes to drive efficiency and support business expansion.

· Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

· Ability to quickly learn, analyze situations, and make decisions which support the mission of Patriot Mobile.



Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree, from a regionally accredited college, in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Engineering, or other industry-related field required.
  • At least 7 years of industry-related experience including three to five years in management required.

Physical Requirements:

· Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time.

· Must be able to work in a variety of spaces to include cubicle, counter, and or desk areas.

· Must be able to lift and move items up to 25 pounds.
