FRS is looking for a Marketing Coordinator that will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive internal and external marketing plan that would increase revenues and profit. Also is responsible for planning and implementing sales/ marketing development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets/ clients. This position is held in charge of establishing a budget for business development. The Marketing Coordinator demonstrates knowledge of and supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
Essential Functions
- Implements the recommendations of the strategic marketing plan.
- Furnishes marketing advice, counsel and general staff support to all departments within the organization
- Evaluates operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry
- Monitors external and internal environment for development of new market segments
- Develops and maintains marketing budget
- Manages specific corporate programs
- Ensures effective control of marketing results and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
- Develops brochures or other printed/electronic ads to market corporate services
- Updates and use as resource, all digital media. Including, but not limited to the following: website, Facebook & Twitter.
- Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
- Assists in planning of any event that highlights corporate services
- Assists in developing an evaluation process to gain feedback from constituents
- Performs public speaking regarding public relations, marketing and business development
- Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
- Maintains and orders all company logo advertising for vehicles and equipment
- Provides timely and cordial interaction with supporting work groups, such as Accounting, Estimating, Production, Human Resources, etc.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration or relevent experience in lieu of education.
- At least 3 years of experience in a prior Marketing Coordinator position.
- 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing or advertising .
- Individuals should also have solid experience in managing and leading SEO/SEM, display advertising, social media, email and marketing database campaigns.
