We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DXP Developer to join our team, responsible for developing advanced solutions on the Optimizely platform. This role involves working on complex projects, collaborating with UI/UX teams, and mentoring junior developers. The DXP Developer will be integral in designing, coding, testing, and supporting web applications, while ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.Responsibilities:
Actively participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily standups.
Work independently on user stories and implementation tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to support robust software deployment.
Investigate and resolve performance issues, technical challenges, and operational problems.
Draft and update technical documentation to ensure clarity and continuity.
Manage task-level communications and promptly report delays or blockers to ensure project timelines are met.
Triage defects effectively and develop fixes to maintain software integrity and user satisfaction.
Provide detailed code walkthroughs to lead developers or system architects, demonstrating a thorough understanding and implementation of requirements.
Demonstrate completed work to key stakeholders and internal audiences, ensuring functionality aligns with OneMember program goals.Primary Skills:
Expert-level knowledge of Optimizely CMS.
Solid understanding and experience with standard DevOps tooling and processes.
High-level knowledge of Git and standard development workflows.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript and JavaScript frameworks such as React/Angular.
Proficiency in Microsoft .NET development.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to research optimal solutions.
Strong communication skills, capable of articulating technical challenges and solutions effectively.Secondary Skills:
Understanding of the SDLC and agile software development principles.
Experience writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
Ability to work independently and adapt to new challenges and environments.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives successfully.Qualifications:
BA or BS in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
10 or more years of related IT work experience in software development, installation, and modification in an online environment or equivalent combination of training and experience.
