Seeking Nurse Practitioner, or a Physician Assistant, to join our team in New Jersey. Provider can be located in the Montclaire, Union, or Hackensack areas.

For this position, Providers will be tasked with supporting the skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, and LTACs that Renew partner's with across the state of New Jersey. Providers will participate in weekly bedside wound rounds with nursing home staff, change dressings and perform medically necessary debridement, establish plan of care and work within facility protocols.

Required:

  • Professional NP or PA license in the state (multi- state a plus)
  • Experience in wound care - at least 1 year
  • Ability to obtain WCC in 6 months if not already certified (certification is a plus)
  • Ability to commit to 4-5 facilities located in specific areas in NJ
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • · Frequent standing, walking, and sitting required for extended periods of time.
  • Successful background check
