RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform large scale design and implementation of cloud infrastructure projects, technical processes and procedures as they relate to cloud engineering
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement of cloud technologies
  • Document cloud architecture and related processes using Microsoft Visio or other tools
  • Act as an escalation point and mentor for junior level staff, providing direction and guidance when necessary
  • Be a part of IT Governance and Change Management processes
  • Participate in network support rotation and handle escalations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of experience engineering and deploying Office 365, Defender, Azure servers, Sentinel, and Microsoft Entra required, including hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux, and Virtual Environments
  • Experience with Azure environment design, and architecture, including assessing costs and security preferred
  • Experience working for a professional services firm preferred
  • Strong client relationship skills
  • Detail oriented with excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Superb written and verbal communication skills
  • Client-oriented work ethic, delivering high quality results
