At Anderkin Remodeling, our independently owned and operated remodeling company is looking for an experienced Bathroom Finisher to join our team. We specialize in bathrooms, so we need someone with basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and tile who can work independently and complete projects that exceed our clients expectations. 

Duties and Responsibilities for Bathroom Finisher

  • Take the bathroom from demo to finished product while working with the owner and training employees. Duties include:
    • Demo
    • Install cabinets / vanities
    • Update plumbing and electrical
    • Install sheetrock
    • Install tubs and showers
    • Tile 
    • Install vanities and fixtures
  • Maintain a professional and clean appearance while on our jobs and in our customers home
  • Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for homeowners while on the job
  • Become a resource for all product knowledge, installation, inventory and warranty inquiries
  • Ensure all job kits, materials, tools and paperwork are complete prior to job site arrival
  • Maintain paperwork correctly and accurately for job files
  • Lead by example and generate positive customer reviews on all installations
  • Be willing and able to accept feedback, direction and instructions

Qualifications:

  • Have previous bathroom installation experience
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong work ethic and ethics
  • Self motivated with a high urgency to help others grow and succeed
  • Must have basic knowledge of Plumbing, Electrical and Tile Installation
  • Must have extensive finish carpentry experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Dependable transportation, valid driver's license

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Pay based on experience
