B A Die Mold is a leader in the design and fabrication of close tolerance, multi-action injection molds, serving customers in medical, consumables, water filtration and other industries. We offer part design and solid modeling, prototype molds and mold sampling in addition to short run/pilot production. We are a lean shop, and this means everyone is an important member of our team.

B A Die Mold is seeking a CNC Programmer / Operator to join our team in Fox Valley/Aurora. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience. A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to work together with coworkers to manufacture "Bad Ass" molds is imperative

Responsibilities:

• Model and program electrodes
• Hard milling
• Program mold bases
• Operate CNC mills
• Operate, load/unload material, indicate vices/fixtures, and deburr
• Inspect and verify conformance to specifications
• Provide crucial input on CNC programming, tool path, and tool/cutter selection

Requirements:

• CNC operating experience
• Able to program using NX or Mastercam
• Experience with Electrode design a plus
• Manual machining experience
• Mastery of setting up fixtures, tooling, vices, and clamps
• Operates machines running complex and high tolerance components
• Follows all safety and work rules and practices
• Passionate about machining
• Strong work ethic and highly motivated
• Meticulous attention to detail and well organized
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Independent and willing to take initiative
• Able to work in a fast-paced constantly-changing environment with tight deadlines and occasional half days on Saturday
