We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing team of professionals. The Senior Consultant will help the Consulting Manager in providing controllership consulting services to clients. The Senior Consultant will have, among others, the following main responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Provide controllership related services.
• Advice clients in best practices regarding compliance of internal controls and guidelines for accounting transactions and budget preparation.
• Assist clients in the preparation of financial forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Responsible to produce periodic financial reports; ensure that the reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Audit accounts to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate with outside auditors and provide needed information for annual external audits.
• Present recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements.
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Conduct audit file preparation and prepare financial statements for internal use.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in accounting and tax preparation software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Capacity to work independently and manage an intense agenda.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration with mayor in Accounting required.
• Five (3-5) years or more of related experience required.
• Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
