New Holland Auto Group located on Route 23 in Lancaster County is in need of a Parts Counterperson for our busy parts department. Our dealership sells 7 brands in one location. Our brands include Ford, Toyota, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Isuzu Truck.


We have an immediate opening for this position


*Specific need: OEM Parts - Shop Counter - Minimum of 3 years dealership parts counter experience preferred but will train suitable candidates.
***Sign on bonus will be available based on experience.***
Responsibilities:
  • Assist technicians & internal customers with their parts needs
  • Assist with contacting customers to advise ordered parts have arrived
  • Follow up on complete and incomplete orders
  • Work daily to keep department neat and organized
Qualifications:
  • Able to work well with others and learn new tasks
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and strong work ethic
