Summary:

Our Sales Associates are at the core of our business and play a vital role in the success of our stores. At the heart of everything they do is consistently providing excellent customer service by attending to our lovely customers needs in a friendly, personal and effortless way. They also undertake everything you would expect in retail from checking off deliveries to serving on the till or ensuring that the shelves are fully stocked with our beautiful, well presented products.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service standards, keeping the customer at the heart of all decisions, and living the Fat Face Vision & Values

• Accurately carry out cash-handling and till duties, whilst safeguarding customer personal details

• Understand your responsibility in adhering to correct procedures including cash & stock, health & safety, security of premises and loss prevention (theft). (NB, this list is not exhaustive)

• Develop a strong understanding of product knowledge, new lines and VM changes between shifts, in order to effectively pass on this knowledge to customers and other team members.

• Ensure that the Fat Face Visual Merchandising standards are maintained, and any issues are brought to your Line Manager’s attention.

• Abide by all Fat Face policy and procedures

• Attend training sessions and take part in store launches as required

• Assist in training new crew to the highest standard, through leading by example

• Effectively and efficiently carry out all operational duties as required by your Manager(s) including stock, replen, housekeeping, commercial awareness and customer service

• Ensure all Back of House standards are maintained in an efficient and timely manner

• Assist in any end of day or store specific duties as required by your Manager(s)

• Play an active part in the team

• Have an awareness of your own development needs and team succession.

• Execute the FatFace Visual proposition to company standards.

• Abide by all FatFace policy and procedures.

• Delegate duties in order to meet the operational needs of the store that supports the Store Manager.

• In the absence of store management, take on holding responsibilities that ensure the continued success of your store in sales, standards and crew development.

Experience:

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced, customer focussed environment.

• Has shown enthusiasm and commitment in a previous role.
