Consumer Products Supervisor

As a Consumer Product Supervisor for Revlogical you will directly lead a team of approximately 30 employees including 4 Process Team Leads. The Consumer Product Supervisor is responsible for executing sorting, pricing and processing standards throughout our essential goods department. The Consumer Product Supervisor is also responsible for maintaining a positive culture, coaching and developing leads, operational controls, inventory integrity, asset protection, cleanliness and safety.

The Consumer Product Supervisor is part of the management team that sets the tone by embracing and living our company values As the Consumer Product Supervisor, your first priority is to contribute to the success of your teams and drive productivity by identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements to help accomplish graduating goals.

Key Operations Responsibilities:

  • Ensures product process is flawlessly executed
  • Responsible for processing all essential products,(Health, beauty, dry and liquid food, chemicals, Pills & Powders, etc.)
  • Responsible for start and end of shift procedures
  • Responsible for performing process lead duties in their absence
  • Assists in supervising all associates
  • Assists in training all associates
  • Assists in coaching all associates
  • Assists in developing all associates
  • Reviews all corporate communications and reacts accordingly
  • Partners with Manager or corporate office regarding issues
  • Drives production and controls expenses
  • Optimizes people, product and process
  • Maintain time cards
  • Maintains seasonal and feature items
  • Ensures the execution of company Inventory Integrity process
  • Adheres to and holds associates accountable to clear expectations
  • Complies with Human Resources policies and procedures
  • Leads asset protection and safety processes and holds associates accountable
  • Assists in receiving and processing procedures

Requirements:

Minimum qualifications:

  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
  • Retail experience with everyday essentials goods a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Creative thinking
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
