The Site Planner Intern is primarily responsible for supporting the New Home Starts department with tasks, assignments, and projects as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review Title policies.
- Maintain an understanding of current Perry Homes design standards, code and community guidelines, as they apply to site plans.
- Responsible for quality and accuracy of all site plans.
- Assist Site Planner Manager as needed.
- Update and review Site Plan Matrix accordingly.
- From time to time must complete projects on very short notice with extreme time constraints.
Job Competencies

Qualifications
- High School Diploma and current enrollment in University required .
- Basic knowledge of Architectural Language pertaining to residential construction preferred.
- Ability to read blueprints, surveys, Metes & Bounds descriptions preferred.
- Demonstrated computer skills including a working knowledge of MS Office products, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
What can you expect?
- You must be able to work at least 40 hours a week. The schedule is Monday through Friday.
