Role Overview: The Fabrication Specialist assists welders and other fabrication specialists throughout the entire fabrication process and prepares produced products for distribution.

Responsibilities:

• Operates grooving, threading, and welding machines that assist in the fabrication process.

• Operates rotary chop saw and band saw to cut pipe to length.

• Moves pipe along the length of table and off load to a cart or crate for staging in loading area.

• Installs hanger devices to specified lengths of threaded rod.

• Operates bench grinder to apply required end to threaded rod for application of hanger devices.

• Operates nylon bander to ready pipe bundles for shipment when required.

• Prepares all completed products for distribution.

• Follows all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

• Performs all other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of fabrication or related experience in the same or similar industry.

• Must be able to lift over 50-100 pounds.

• Ability to drive a forklift.

• High School Diploma preferred.

• Able to use MS Office Suite and distribution-specific ERP systems.

• Ability to pass background check, MVR check, and drug test where required.

• Must be able to work from (2:30PM to 11:30PM).

Salary Range: $20/hr to $22/hr + 10% Quarterly Bonus Potential
