Position Overview: The Commercial Service Plumber is responsible for diagnosing, installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. This role requires a thorough understanding of commercial plumbing systems, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Responsibilities:
- Perform inspections, maintenance, and repairs on plumbing systems in commercial buildings.
- Diagnose plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and equipment malfunctions, and provide effective solutions.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, valves, and related equipment as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate recommendations.
- Respond to service requests promptly and efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to the client's operations.
- Complete service reports and other documentation as required.
- Maintains equipment, tools, and inventory stock on company service vehicle.
- Safely drives company vehicle, follows requirements of company vehicle driving policy and adheres to all safety requirements.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Plumber, with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and equipment.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Good physical condition and ability to work in various environments.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
