Accountant II--Sales Tax experience
An industry-leading equipment manufacturer is looking for anAccountant IIto join a dynamic and growing team in Charlotte. In this role, you'll:
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in applicable and researching taxability and preparing sales tax reports.
- Master the art of asset management, maintaining our fixed asset program and preparing depreciation entries.
- Ensure financial integrity through meticulous account reconciliations.
- Partner with auditors, providing them with the information they need for a smooth annual review.
- Hone your analytical skills by interpreting regulations and applying them to everyday tasks.
We're looking for someone who:
- Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- has at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Has a keen eye for detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and manages time like a pro.
- Excels with Microsoft Office and possesses advanced Excel skills.
The Accountant II will be rewarded with:
Competitive annual salary, approx $80,000 base DOE
