As a CNC Grinder Operator (also known as ID/OD Universal Grinder, Surface Grinder), you'll set up and operate both conventional and CNC grinding equipment. Your role will involve generating finish dimensions on complex production and tooling parts, ensuring high-quality output.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in set-up and operation of manual and CNC universal grinders.
  • Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, deburring experience, and shop math skills.
  • Ability to work any assigned shift, including off shifts of 3:00pm-11:00pm or 11:00pm- 7:00am.
  • Experience with various machines and technologies such as CNC Grinder, Jig Grinder, Cylindrical Grinder Machine, ID Grinder Machine, and OD/ID Grinding Machine.
  • Must be a United States Citizen with citizenship ONLY in the United States.
