Position Details: • Pay: Competitive salary, dependent on experience, typically $26-30/hr.• Work Schedule: A typical workweek is Monday to Friday with some Saturdays, averaging 45+ hours per week. We pay weekly (Fridays). Requirements: • Experience: Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar role in the construction industry. • Blueprint Reading: Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, construction estimating, quality control, and schematics. • Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills. • Team Management: Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of workers. • Regulations: In-depth understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Tech Proficiency: Proficiency in using construction management software and tools. • Problem-Solving: High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities. • License: Valid driver's license. Responsibilities: • Project Supervision: Supervise and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. • Blueprints and Schematics: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. • Team Management: Manage and schedule subcontractors and construction crews. • Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality control to ensure timely completion. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues or concerns. • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, reports, and records. • Safety: Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards or safety risks.
