Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee management of fringe benefits and retirement plan
-Maintain the general ledger, analyze financial performance, oversee accounts payable and customer billings, assist with inventory control and to provide support to operations.
-Compile executive report presentations and provide variance analysis
-Organize and execute quarterly R12 forecast for an operating unit generating millions each year
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting and financial management.
- Strong proficiency in forecasting, job costing, and financial analysis.
- Experience with audits and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
