Job Announcement:

Under general supervision, performs general accounting, bookkeeping and payroll tasks such as collecting, journalizing, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting financial data along with processing and reporting payroll. Incumbent must be able to develop own work methods within the scope of established policies, to act without close supervision and to exercise independent judgement. Performs related work as required. Reports to Director of Administrative Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in accounting, preferred or a business-related area plus a minimum of two years of responsible accounting experience. An equivalent combination of education, training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities may be substituted.

Certified Government Finance Officer (CGFO), preferred.

Salary

Starting Salary $24.81 per hour
