Position: Interpreters (Haitian (French-Creole)| Wolof)
Location: 704 S Factory St, Wilkesboro, NC,
Duration: 12+ months with possible extension (Temp to hire opportunity)

Shift timing: 10 PM – 06 AM| Mon – Fri

Job description:

• The LCOE interpreter will interpret/translate language accurately for any assignment working with non-English speaking team members at the Wilkesboro NC facility.
• All information that is interpreted must remain confidential.
• The interpreter must be self-motivated and able to complete assignments with little supervision.
• LCOE interpreters will report to the facility Senior Human Resources Partner.
• Interpreter will complete annual professional development and assessment to maintain high-quality skills and performance.
• The interpreter will attain expertise on program offerings provided by Tyson Foods in order to communicate effectively to team members.
• Interpreting assignments include the following: face-to-face interpretation, over-the-phone interpretation, video interpretation, written translation, voice recordings, cultural review and consultation, program orientation.

Computer Skills:

• Basic PC skills preferred.
• Primarily Microsoft Windows XP Professional programs such as Excel Microsoft Word and Microsoft Office programs.
