CNC Machinist

As a CNC Machinist (also known as Machine Operator, Equipment Technician), you'll be responsible for the production, setup, and operation of machines to manufacture parts to precise tolerances. You'll study blueprints, sketches, and manuals to determine dimensions and tolerances of the finished workpiece, and select, align, and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, and attachments on machines. You'll also calculate and set controls to regulate machining factors and verify the conformance of the finished workpiece to specifications.

• 5+ years of experience with programming and setup of machining centers, lathes, and/or grinders. Experience with MAZATROL preferred.
• Excellent math skills and experience reading blueprints.
• Proficiency in G-Code, M-Code, Machine Setups for Production Runs, CAD/CAM Software, Blueprint Reading, Quality Inspection Experience, and Shop Math Skills.
