What Our Prep Washers Do

  • Washes, cleans, and details exterior and interior of vehicles.
  • Straighten rows, washes inventory, and generally assists in maintaining the appearance of the lot.
  • Ensures the dealership meets or exceeds the manufacturer’s national average for customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains safe work environment.
  • Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
  • Complete required company and manufacturer training
  • Completes all other projects and duties as assigned

Your Pre-Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to operate an automatic and manual transmission
