We are currently seeking a Maintenance Inspector to join our team You will be responsible for Manufactured Housing and RV maintenance and repair.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly preventive maintenance assessments on occupied residences, including manufactured homes and recreational vehicles.
  • Address and fulfill routine and emergency repair requests promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct pre-installation evaluations on all homes returned to the staging yard following deactivation.
  • Provide maintenance updates and share progress reports along with photographs with the Project Manager.
  • Assess and estimate the time required and the scope of necessary repairs.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in residential construction is required.
  • Experience in maintenance or a related inspection field is essential.
  • Candidates must possess their own hand tools and be prepared to utilize them.
  • Capability to manage a physically demanding workload is necessary.
  • Proficiency in handyman skills is required, with prior experience in RV and manufactured housing maintenance being advantageous.
