Automotive Biller

Metro Kia is looking for an energetic person who wants to join the Accounting team to be the Sales Biller and Accounts Payable person for all vehicle sales deals that the store completes each month, along with posting invoices and paying vendors. This person should have some general knowledge of the accounting process of posting sales and making journal entries. Automotive Sales experience is a huge plus but not necessary.
Qualifications
Effective analytical and communication skills
Ability to learn new technology and processes
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening
Responsibilities:
- Package financed deals for the bank once Finance dept is done with them. Send them overnight to bank or upload them to a portal.
- Post deals in DealerTrack with appropriate changes to accounting journal entries.
- Month end closing within 5 days of new month.
- Make new deal jackets for trade-in vehicles.
- Log all vehicles, Sales and GAP sales in electronic log.
- Post and pay vendors for all purchases made by the store.
- Process cancellations of GAP and Service Contracts when received.
- Stock in used units and Dealer Trade units in DealerTrack.
- Post Dealer Trade transactions and create new deal jackets for vehicles received.
