Location: Logan Square, Chicago, IL

Schedule: 3rd shift (12:00am- 8:30am)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists youth in modifying attitudes and behaviors, fostering self-understanding.
  • Ensures adherence to Individual Service Plans, point and level systems, and behavior mentorship plans.
  • Supervises and prioritizes the safety of youth during shifts and off-site activities.
  • Documents incidents and maintain accurate communication logs promptly.
  • Provides guidance, support, and positive role modeling in the milieu.
  • Engages in household responsibilities, contributing to a clean and organized environment.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of 3 years of experience in casework, human services, or related field, and/or an Associate Degree and 6 months experience in casework, human services, or related field, or a Bachelor’s degree.

Certifications/Licenses:

CPI and CPR Certification required but will be received during the training phase.
