Job DescriptionJob Description

TDG Facilities is looking for a PART TIME Facilities Cleaning Technician in the Obryonville/ East Walnut Hills area to support a customer facility located in the Greater Cincinnati. The hours for this role will be 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday, primarily between 3pm-11pm. During the summer there is the option to work 7am-3pm. This role requires organization, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and excellence.

Pay Rate: $15-$17.50 per/hr.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 2nd shift primarily. 1st shift during the summer.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty waste receptacles in accordance with organizational policies
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies
  • Follow safety guidelines and report maintenance needs
  • Follow established protocols and procedures
  • Assist with special cleaning projects as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Commercial janitorial experience a plus
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed
  • Must be able to pass background checks, drug screening
