About Us:
Rancatores/ Joes Manufacturing is a leading producer of artisanal ice cream, known for our delicious, fun and unique flavors with a strong commitment to quality. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Ice Cream Maker and Warehouse Associate.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and freeze a variety of ice cream flavors, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards.
Operate and maintain ice cream making equipment, including mixers, freezers, and packaging machines.
Follow recipes and production schedules to meet daily and weekly production targets.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and work areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and organizing raw materials and finished products.
Assist in order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping processes.
Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in ice cream production or a similar food manufacturing environment is preferred.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management is preferred.
Ability to operate and maintain production and warehouse equipment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
Comfortable working in a cold environment.
