Position: Install Crew

Your Impact

  • As a member of our Install Crew, you will play a crucial role in executing flawless event setups for our valued customers.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, you will work alongside our experienced team to install and dismantle a wide range of party equipment at various event locations.
  • Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will ensure that our customers have confidence in our services, trusting us to bring their visions to life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with the Install Crew to deliver efficient and professional event installations and dismantles.
  • Load and unload event equipment carefully, ensuring proper handling to prevent any damage during transportation.
  • Set up and install tents, tables, chairs, lighting, sound systems, and various other party equipment according to specific event requirements and guidelines.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow throughout the installation process.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any equipment-related issues during installations, maintaining a problem-solving mindset.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of vehicles, trailers, and tools used for installations.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and ensure the team follows proper safety measures during installations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns our customers may have during the installation process.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and professionalism when interacting with customers, coworkers, and event venue staff.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services by providing feedback and suggestions to the Install Crew Lead.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in event setup, installation, or related fields is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks, such as bending, stooping, and standing for long periods.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well within a team, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in setup, installation, and equipment handling.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and team members.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule and demand.
