Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Full-Time Prep Cook/Dishwasher. In this role, you will be responsible for both food preparation tasks and ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen operations.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning
  • Assist with cooking tasks as needed, such as grilling, frying, and baking
  • Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately to maintain consistency
  • Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment
  • Ensure all items are washed and stored properly according to health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, prep stations, and kitchen
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and service of meals
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food safety regulations
Requirements:


  • Prior experience working in a kitchen environment preferred, with knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends.
  • Must be able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
