About the Role:
One Health Home Health is seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Contra Costa, Alameda, and Solano Counties. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in their homes
- Assess and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Educate patients and their families on speech therapy techniques and exercises
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Experience working with pediatric and adult patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing high-quality care to patients
